Trash Collection
Holidays 2012
Trash is picked up by the Association’s contractor on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is picked up by Montgomery County on Mondays. However, when a holiday falls on a Monday or a Thursday, this schedule may be altered.
Here is the information for holidays which will affect trash and/or recycling 2012. Trash and recycling will not be affected on holidays which are not listed.

 Welcome to the official site of the Churchill East Village Community Association. We hope that our new website will be helpful, informative and allow us to share more information with you.
The Churchill East Village community was developed in the early to mid 1980s by Pulte Homes. Our community of 534 townhomes is located in the Churchill Town Sector of Germantown between Middlebrook Road, Father Hurley Boulevard and Waters Landing Drive.
Churchill East Village provides a living environment featuring pathways and recreational amenities as well as convenience to the Germantown Town Center where there is shopping, entertainment and local government services. The recreational amenities include playgrounds for the children as well as a private swimming pool facility that is the center of activity during the warm weather months.
The purpose of this site is to provide residents at Churchill East Village with easy access to our association and information relevant to the community. If you live in the Churchill East Village community, and would like to collaborate with others in the community, we invite you to join our monthly Board meetings.

The Police Department would like to remind residents to:
- • Remove all valuables from their vehicles (this includes GPS, Ipods, chargers, EZ-passes, purses and wallets, etc.
- • Secure your vehicle and set your vehicle’s alarm when you exit it at all times
- • Do not hide, store spare keys in your vehicle
- • Report immediately if your vehicle has been broken into or tampered with – DO NOT TOUCH THE VEHICLE – THIS WILL CONTAMINATE THE SCENE AND PREVENT OFFICERS FROM OBTAINING ANY EVIDENCE.

Banking Services effective October 1, 2010 |

The Board of Directors for Churchill East Village Community announces that, effective October 1, 2010, banking services to our association will be with Alliance Association Financial Services (AAFS)*. Our management agent, Vanguard Management Associates, Inc. has made this change in an effort to reduce costs and offer new payment options for our homeowners. Homeowners will be able to pay assessments by credit card or E-check through the AAFS web site after September 25, 2010.
